Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or phone.
Miyo reserves the right to:

- Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Contact customers for order verification when necessary.
5. Payment
We currently offer secure payment options, including:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online Payment (where available)
Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification when prepaid methods are used.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Products must:
- Be unused.
- Remain in their original packaging.
- Include all accessories and documentation (if applicable).
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
